CTIA Wireless show. I paid my airfare and tagged along. We stayed at Caesars Palace in
the new Augustus tower. I can say that that there were good and bad things about this
hotel. One big plus was that the rooms were very quiet. You couldn't hear anything going
on in the hallway unless it was excessively loud.
On this trip I ended up walking into the taping for an episode of Queer Eye for the Straight
Guy. We got to meet some of the Fab Five. We met Thom at the taping. He was extremely
nice and actually sat to talk to us for a few minutes. We later also met Carson. He too was
very nice. Very down to earth guys. I had also passed Ted, Kyan and Jai. But it was only in
passing and I wasn't about to stop and bug them for photos.
BEST restaurant I have ever eaten in. I make it a point to go there whenever I am in Vegas.
